Iso Kelttu (the Big Yellow)

Main wooden house with 3 available guest bedrooms. Common spaces: kitchen, dining room, bathroom and two toilets.

Rowhouse studio

Working spaces in the rowhouse studio apartments with large windows that face the forest. A resident can use the apartment or an individual room, according to the needs of their projects. Total studio space 320 m², rooms vary from 30 m² to 7,5 m². Woodsauna and storage space in the cellar of the building.

Industrial hall

Working spaces in the tall industrial garage hall. 59 m² insulated white studio space that can be used throughout the year. The big 115 m² cold space can be used during the warm season (May – September).

Navetta Gallery

Presentation space downstairs in the navetta barn. These were former cow stables. The gallery space consist of two repainted rooms, 54 m² and 12 m². There is electricity and 5 spotlights are installed at the ceiling.
Next to the gallery is a garage space and a bio-compost toilet that can be used during events. The navetta is not heated so it can only be used during the warm season.

Navetta upstairs

The upstairs floor of the Navetta is used as a storage space/ display room. It contains a range of recycled materials and historical objects that were left by the previous owners of the estate.

Suuli

Two-story wooden barn of 136 m2 that can be used during events and exhibitions. It may also be used as a working space for special projects. TL-lights and electricity installed but no heating.

Viljamakasiini

The Viljamakasiini is an old grain storage, located in the yard beside the windmill. It is a square (50m2) two floor construction from 1945. There is no light, heating or electricity. It can be used for art projects and exhibitions.
